Exchange and Return Policy

You may return or exchange goods under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  1. If the item is delivered by the company’s delivery team and it has an apparent defect or manufacturing fault that was noticed by the customer (or their representative) before signing the delivery receipt.

  2. If the customer returns the item themselves within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item:

    • Is a single-piece item that does not require assembly (e.g., accessories or non-furniture items),

    • Is in its original condition with no scratches, breaks, or defects,

    • Comes in its original packaging,

    • And the original purchase invoice is presented.

Refund Process:

  • If the return is eligible per points (1) or (2), the refund is processed as follows:

    • Bank transfer to the same customer listed on the invoice (if paid via card), within 7 business days.

    • Cash refund (if paid in cash), immediately or within 1 business day.


Exchange Conditions:

  1. The customer may exchange the item or use its value for future purchases within 72 hours of receiving the item themselves, provided the item:

    • Is not part of furniture or large installations,

    • Is in its original condition with no damage,

    • And the original invoice is presented.

  • The customer may either:

    • Exchange and pay any price difference, or

    • Keep the amount as store credit, valid for 3 months from the invoice date.


Non-Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • If the return period has expired,

  • If the product was assembled,

  • If more than 7 days have passed since purchase,

  • If the item was bought during a sale or promotional discount (regardless of product condition).


Definitions:

  • Furniture and Installed Items: Includes anything that requires assembly or professional installation such as:

    • Bedrooms, dining tables, entry furniture, lighting fixtures, marble or glass components, etc.


General Policies:

  • Accessories are not exchangeable or refundable.

  • Free delivery in Jeddah for invoices above SAR 7,000. Charges apply for other Saudi cities.

  • Full payment is required before delivery.

  • Delivery fees are refundable only if the full invoice is returned within 7 days and the items weren’t received.

  • Delivery fees are not refundable on or after the day of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct room sizes, staircases, and openings.

  • For missed deliveries outside Jeddah, SAR 500 redelivery fee applies.

  • Free storage for up to 60 days. After that, storage fees apply:

    • SAR 50/day for days 61–70,

    • SAR 100/day for days 71–80,

    • SAR 150/day from day 81 onward.

  • Signing the delivery receipt means the product was received in good condition.

  • Custom-made or special orders are non-returnable.

  • Jeddah customers must return items either personally or with the delivery team during the return window.

  • Customers outside Jeddah must return items at their own expense, within the return period.
